The Damond Motorsports Stage 3 Oil Catch Can Kits are the ultimate in oil catch can and PCV control for your Mazdaspeed6. The DM Stage 3 OCC kits are intended for high horsepower engines currently running no OCCs or are looking to completely redo their PCV set-up. The Stage 3 OCC kits are a combination of our Stage 1 & Stage 2 OCC kits, where you can acquire all the needed components. With the Stage 3OCC kits there are a variety of PCV routing options you can choose from, to pick which option will best suit your engine’s PCV needs.

In these diagrams, the routing for theStage 1 OCC kit is in black and the Stage 2OCC kit is in green. Routes 2 & 3 require a PCV plate, the Damond Motorsports PCV plate is availablehere. Route 1:
Stage 1 OCC kit connects to the PCV valve and intake manifold port. Stage 2 OCC kit connects to the valve cover to intake tube.

Recommended for:Stock turbo cars, smaller big turbo cars

Included in your kit:

Stage 1:

• 1 x DM OCC sealed
• 1 x Quick-opening/high-flowing check valve, assembled/sealed with fittings
• 2 x Pre-cut oil and vacuum resistant hoses (black, blue, or red)
• 1 x Location 1 specific bracket, and mounting hardware
• 4 x hose clamps
• Plenty of zip ties

Stage 2:

• 1 x DM OCC VTA
• 5 x feet of high quality hose(colors: Black, Blue, or Red)
• 1x 5/8″ barb to 3/8″NPT elbow fitting, to connect tocertainintakes
• 1 x 5/8″ barb plastic elbow,to connect tocertainintakes
• 4 x hose clamps
• 1 x Location 2 OCC mounting bracket and hardware
• 6 x zip ties

Route 2:
Stage 1 OCC kit connects to the PCV valve and intake manifold port. Stage 2 OCC kit connects to the valve cover and PCV plate port, to vent excess crankcase pressure and capture additional blow-by from the valve cover. Note: This route allows un-measured air flow under vacuum, additional tuning is required.

Recommended for:High horsepower builds, big turbo, built engines

Stage 2:

• 1 x DM OCC vented

• 1 x low-pressure in-line check valve with 5/8″ barb straight fittings
• 1 x 90 pushlock fitting for PCV plate
• 1x 3/8″NPT plugfitting, to plug certainintakes
• 1 x 5/8″ barb plastic elbowwith5/8″barb cap, to cap offcertainintakes
• 7 x hose clamps
• 1 x Location 2 OCC mounting bracket and hardware
• 6 x zip ties

Route 3:
Stage 1 OCC kit connects to the PCV valve and intake manifold port. Stage 2 OCC kit connects to bothPCV plate ports, to vent excess crankcase pressure and capture additional blow-by. Note: This route requires a DM PCV Plate.

Recommended for:Medium horsepower builds, big turbo, built engines
