Cusco has developed a lightweight steel flywheel for the 2016+ Mazda Roadster.

Since the flywheel is much lighter than the factory unit, the engine will feel much more responsive when revvingand climbing through the powerband while accelerating. The lighter flywheel is less weight forthe engine to rotate, making it easier to keep the engine in the power band.This flywheel is designed and machined precisely for even rotation, delivering a balanced drive train even at low revolutions.This flywheel can help achieve faster acceleration times and midrange gear acceleration.
