This is the Cosworth head gasket with an 86.5mm bore and a 1.45mm thickness intended to use on the left bank of the FA20 motor. This is a high-performance head gasket that is engineered to seal in the power under high-performance driving conditions. Cosworth constructs their head gaskets from quality stainless steel materials that come with a folded stopper layer. This technology provides superior sealing qualities when compared to a conventional multi-layer steel gaskets. Additionally, the stainless steel materials are manufactured from a pre-coated die cut process which results in uniform coating distribution and consistent shape. Their gaskets also include a 0.25-micron layer of nitrile rubber coating with no high or low areas.
